Ingredients to be mix

• Kazakhstan Cognac, 5 stars ― 50 ml;
• Banana ― 40 g;
• Pulp of grapefruit ― 40 g;
• Sugar ― 2 teaspoons;
• Lemon or prepared lemon juice ― 20 ml.

How to mix

Whip all ingredients in a blender or crush with a pestle-madler (metal masher), then whip them in the shaker with ice. Optionally, you can add egg white into the shaker to get a soft texture.

How to decorate

Slices of banana and grapefruit, a crumb of pink pepper.
