Our delivery basis
We export our products abroad on Ex Works basis according to Incoterms 2010 classification.
Other details, terms and rules are discussed with each partner personally.
About Incoterms
These are the international rules recognized by government authorities, law firms and merchants around the world as an interpretation of the most applicable delivery bases in international trade.
The scope of Incoterms includes rights and responsibilities of sellers and buyers under sales contracts with regard to the conditions of delivery of goods.
Incoterms, International commerce terms, is a trademark by International Chamber of Commerce, ICC.
Rules of Incoterms ICC are necessary for trade delivery bases in both national and international trade.
On shipment sizes
Under the Ex Works delivery basis the size of a delivery lot is to be discussed during the negotiations. Under other delivery bases the quantity of goods is always a multiple of a truckload of a vehicle: container, automobile, railcar, etc.
About price
A price of products under the «Ex Works” delivery basis is available upon a written request. A price under any other delivery basis is calculated separately for each case and depends on regulatory requirements of the importing country.
Terms of payment
Basis condition is a 100 per cent advance payment.
We accept payment by documentary credit (L/C), requirements for which are a subject of negotiations.
Other terms of payments are discussed separately.
