Ingredients to be mix

• «Zhar-Zhar» dry white wine infused with clitoria flower tea — 100 ml;
• Melon ― 50 g;
• Sugar ― 1 teaspoon;
• Lemon or prepared lemon juice — 20 ml.

How to mix

All ingredients whip in a blender without ice. After that, pour into a shaker, add ice and whip again. You can add egg white into the shaker to get a soft texture.

How to decorate

• Melon balls;
• White sesame seeds;
• Violet flower.

You can not infuse wine with flowers, the plant does not give foreign flavor, but only useful properties and unusual color. But we recommend to perform an experiment, because with such a cocktail you will definitely surprise guests or your other half!

Tea can be bought in Thai shops; it often called «Blue Tea».
