What to mix
- Semi-dry Kazakhstan champagne — 150 ml;
- Sea buckthorn purée — 30 ml.
How to mix
Put gently the sea buckthorn purée on the bottom of the glass and pour in well-chilled champagne.
How to decorate
Add sea buckthorn berries and a cinnamon stick. If desired, decorate the edges of the glass with black sesame seeds.
