Chacha is a strong drink that belongs to the brandy class. It is prepared under the classic recipe: from grape pomace fermented preliminarily. Such white grape varieties as «Kuldzhinsky”, «Bayan Shirey” and «Rkatsiteli” are used during the production process.
The scent of fresh grapes and blooming vines. The taste is soft, harmonious, oily with hints of fruit and a long grape aftertaste.
Peculiarities
Most often, chacha is consumed in its pure form and drunk from short vodka glasses. It is served with meat dishes and vegetable salads.
