In fact, its huge area of 7.2 hectares in the very center of Almaty is served by about 300 persons. About the same number of employees perform their duties outside the walls of the plant.
Another feature of the local production is the combination of the most modern equipment with old, if not ancient technologies, rules and recipes. Their secrets are kept secret by representatives of wine and cognac houses around the world and passed on from generation to generation.
