In anticipation of March 08, we are looking for vivid emotions, new acquaintances and fresh sensations that will make the holiday unforgettable and fill every moment with a unique taste. Zakon.kz, on the example of the legendary Kazakhstan plant, presents how skillfully it is possible to combine fidelity to traditions and new technologies.
Bacchus grows the following grape varieties in its vineyards: Merlot, Chardonnay, Saperavi, Riesling, Rkatsiteli, Pinot, Cabernet, Muscadine. Favorable climate, soil, the number of sunny days and the presence of pure natural water allows the grapes to acquire their best taste, and then give them cognac, wine, champagne.
Scientists have proved that the climate of the foothills of Zailiyskiy Alatau is in many ways similar to the climate of the province of Champagne, the birthplace of the legendary wine-growing region of France. Grapes grown on Kazakh land have a unique taste ideal for sparkling wines.

For many years, Bacchus pleases Kazakh people with a variety of tastes.
Like a work of art, the unique taste of drinks is the result of combining the gifts of nature and human labor. Bacchus applies the most advanced technologies to the manufacture of products so that it is no worse than foreign counterparts, and each of you could feel the whole palette of taste that Mother Nature gave to grapes. It has been possible to maintain quality and high standards since 1948 thanks to professionalism and respect for work at the Bacchus company.

Bacchus sparkling wines are created at the factory in two ways — classic (bottling) method and champagne-bulk process.
Brut and Semi-dry champagne are produced by the bottling method. They are aged in bottles using the classic champagne technology and the cuvé method.
Champagne-bulk process lines were launched at the plant in 1956; the Soviet champagne, Zhemchuzhina and Kazakhstanskoe beloved by millions of Kazakh people are produced using such process. But life does not stand still, Bacchus constantly introduces the most advanced technologies in its production, offers new types of products.

Most recently, the plant released a novelty — Amarsi sparkling wines. This product is unique in that it was born from Almaty grapes using a special technology. The Bacchus specialists learned from their Italian colleagues the special methods of wine making and champagnization. They brought these methods to Kazakhstan, as well as successfully brought all their knowledge to life.
The quality of this drink has already been recognized by international experts. In November 2019, Amarsi received a gold medal at the 23rd International Professional Competition in Moscow, among 75 samples from 17 countries.

The taste of this sparkling drink is remembered from the first sip. Light and alluring like first love, sparkling and bright like the rays of the spring sun — this taste will be well-loved once and for all leaving the most vivid memories of the fun and joyful moments of the holiday when you just forget about all the problems and feel an incredible surge of strength, dance and laugh, and you just feel so good.

Surely, each of us would like, having left the preparatory fuss, to please our beloved ladies on March 08, to give them vivid emotions and a cheerful holiday atmosphere. Share the joy with everyone you love and value! And to dear girls, women, we wish to remain the most beautiful, joyful and cheerful.

The Bacchus company congratulates the fair sex on the upcoming holiday and wishes each of you to remember this International Women’s Day with vivid impressions, give unforgettable life moments and more reasons for joy.
