The name FIDELE is a tribute to the history of Almaty city. After all, FIDELE is translated from French as «faithful”, this is exactly how Almaty was called back in the old days.
The climate of the Zailiyskiy Alatau foothills is unique for grapes. Traditionally, Rkatsiteli, Muscat, Saperavi and Cabernet are considered the best for our region. These grape varieties were revealed here in a special way, taking into account the specifics of temperatures, soils and traditions of grape growing. For many decades, Kazakh winemakers have been cultivating grape varieties like diamonds in the rays of the mountain sun, playing with colors, aroma and taste, giving us inimitable unique wines.
New perspectives have opened up for wines from the New World, to which Kazakhstan ones can be also attributed, in recent decades, because they demonstrate unusual bouquets, exotic tastes for which connoisseurs of a noble drink yearned for.
