The production of chacha is not just a technology, it is a combination of traditions, history and special knowledge. Usually, the recipes for this drink are passed down from generation to generation in every family and remain secret for many years. We have created a fusion of traditional approaches and modern technologies resulted in: «Chacha Gold”.
Chacha is a strong drink that belongs to the brandy class. We make it under the classic recipe: from grape pomace undergone a preliminary fermentation process. We use white grape varieties «Kuldzhinsky” and «Bayan Shirey” and «Rkatsiteli”.
«Chacha Gold” is a fresh scent of wild grasses and meadow flowers, fresh grapes and blooming vines. Soft slightly tart raisin notes are in a delicate taste; the aroma is revealed best at 5−10 degrees. Most often, chacha is used in its pure form and drunk from small vodka glasses.
Chacha is a traditional drink so it is served with traditional meat dishes and vegetable salads. Something sweet is eaten after chacha, for example, churchkhela. Besides, the drink is good in cocktails, especially with juicy fruits and ice.
Chacha is twice new for Bacchus JSC. It is our first experience with this class of drinks. We put our heart and soul into «Chacha Gold” and sincerely hope that our elixir was made in the true traditions of the mountains and will find its connoisseurs not only among those who are already familiar with chacha but also among those who try this liquid gold for the first time.
