Let's say right away that now the drink will be called «Bacchus Cuvée”. Bacchus Cuvée is where the history of our plant began in 1948. This is our hallmark. We are proud that we are the first and only plant in Kazakhstan and Central Asia, which even today produces sparkling wine using the classic champenoise technology and the cuvée method, from grapes grown in the vineyards of Trans-Ili Alatau. The whole process of preparation takes place in bottles: this technology is used to produce the most titled and expensive wine in the world. You have the opportunity to appreciate the full range of flavors of our best sparkling wine and enjoy every note of it.
By the way, about the appearance. We have changed the label. We made it more graphic and stylish. The design traces the Saka motifs of the ornament, which in conversation with the decoration of the Issyk golden man costume. This is a tribute to the history of the land where grapes for our wines are grown.
The Bacchus Cuvée line includes two sparkling flavors — dry (BRUT) and semi-dry. Their taste and quality remained recognizable and high quality. Fresh, sparkling, aromatic, but each with its own unique character of taste and bouquet. Here are the drinks from Bacchus.
